Hi everyone,
I've added a new showcase page to the site today, continuing with my focus on homes for sale in Wrightsville Beach this week. The new page highlights homes for sale along South Lumina Avenue, which runs between the bridge at Causeway Drive at its north end, and Jack Parker Boulevard at its south end.

Homes along this stretch of Lumina Avenue enjoy a more relaxed atmosphere during the summer months, as the south end sees less tourist traffic than the road along the northern end of the island, yet residents are still close to everything the island has to offer in terms of shopping, dining, and entertainment. Hi everyone,
One more update to add today! Steven's Fine Homes today celebrated the grand opening of the new phase of The Registry at Vineyard Plantation, with another one of their great Realtor Luncheons out on the site of what will be the new model home.

Deliciously catered once again by Middle of the Island, and highlighted by another one of Steven's famous cash giveaways, these events are always a great way to get out and see the new homes and make some new connections with fellow real estate professionals in the area.

One of the models (the Nicklaus floor plan) was available to tour, featuring an open ground floor design, 3 upstairs bedrooms, and a master suite with a huge bathroom and very large his and her closets, with an overall living space of almost 3200 sq. feet. Hi everyone,
Ever dreamed of living on the beach in a quiet, out of the way little beach town, spending your summer days relaxing in the sand and enjoying the peaceful sound of waves lapping on the shoreline? That's exactly what you'll find in Kure Beach, right here on the southeast NC coast - one of my favorite little beach towns in the area. It's one of the first places I visited when my family moved to the area in 2004, and is my children's favorite place to go fishing on the summer weekends.

Bordered by Carolina Beach to the north, and the Fort Fisher State Historic Site and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher to the south, Kure Beach boasts the oldest fishing pier on the Atlantic coast, and is host to some great street festivals and music events throughout the year.

I've been maintaining a page on my site that outlines some of the town's history, online resources, and a selection of featured properties in the area along with a list of specific neighborhoods in Kure Beach (check back often - that list is continually growing as I add more neighborhood showcase pages to the site).
