It's Friday!

Hi everyone,
I've added a new neighborhood showcase page to my website tonight - this one featuring a community of new construction homes over in Southport called Southport Way, which is located just off Robert Ruark Drive near the intersection with North Howe Street.

This quaint neighborhood features cottage style homes with great floor plans ranging from 1200 to 1600 sq. feet,  and amenities including a community garden and common area with picnic facilities. To see all currently available properties, follow this link:

Community Pavilion at Southport Way - Southport, NC

Hi again everyone,
Today I had the pleasure of attending the broker event out at Anchors Bend - a great new water-access community here in Wilmington put on by ForeverHome to show off the new models available in the neighborhood. The event was deliciously catered by K-38 Baja Grill, there was live music, and boat tours provided of the marina and surrounding areas of the ICWW (thanks again, Blake!).

I really enjoyed both of the models I was able to tour - very family friendly, with spacious bedrooms, lots of storage space, and 2-car garages. Ownership in the neighborhood includes use of the marina (renovations and improvements on the way), with boat slips available for lease or purchase, and a day dock available to all homeowners.

I came away very impressed with everything Anchors Bend has to offer - great floorplans and location at a great price point - with 4 bedroom, 2-1/2 bath homes starting in the low 300k's.  To see currently available properties, follow this link:
