Just a quick update for tonight - I've added a neighborhood showcase page to the site highlighting another neighborhood in the Masonboro area called Grainger Point, which is just off Masonboro Sound Road here in Wilmington.

The Community Pool at Woodlake at Lords Creek

Hi everyone,
Hope you're enjoying your Saturday! Today the crew over at Steven's Fine Homes held a Summer kick-off party for residents of Woodlake at Lords Creek in the community pool in that neighborhood, and what a great time it was!

Deliciously catered with hot dogs and burgers by The Trolly Stop, a bouncy house and swimming for the kids, and a visit by Chilly Treats to bring everyone free ice cream! Music was provided by DJ John, and beer and wine was available for the adults.

Steven's Fine Homes always does a fantastic job with their Realtor luncheons, and today's event for residents of Woodlake at Lords Creek was no exception. What a great way for everyone to get out to meet their neighbors and have a little fun.
