Hi everyone!
Hope you're having a great week so far. This past Friday, The Whalen Team was able to head out to Leland and take a look at a new home development I told you about last week called The Bluffs on the Cape Fear, where they held a Realtor luncheon and open house for a few of the models.

I really enjoyed the models we were able to see - "The Walker Town" by The Coastal Cypress Building Company with its open, welcoming floor plan (3 bed/2.5 bth/bonus room/2648 sq ft) and "The Forestdale" by Southern Pines Homes (3 bed/3 bath/bonus room/2085 sq ft),where the luncheon was held.

Located just 15 minutes from downtown Wilmington, The Bluffs on the Cape Fear will be a private, gated, amenity-rich community unrivaled in the area. In addition to community indoor and outdoor pools, tennis, parks, lakes, and nature trails, the community will also have a 50 slip riverfront marina, boat launch, and private beach club on Oak Island. All of this with homes starting in the upper $200k's. I can't wait to see what it all looks like when its complete - based on what I've seen so far, this will be a great place to call home for anyone looking in the area!
