Good evening everyone!
Today while watching our website log files, we noticed someone coming into the site looking for "motivated seller properties" here in the Wilmington area. What exactly is a motivated seller property?

For those of you who have never heard the term, a "motivated seller" is a property owner who is eager to get their property sold quickly - willing to negotiate aggressively to facilitate a quick sale (which obviously works out to the advantage of the buyer!).

So in answer to the site visitor's request, we've (of course!) just added a page listing properties with motivated sellers in Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach, Carolina Beach, and Kure Beach - including listings for homes, lots, and land!

A quick neighborhood showcase update for you today - just one neighborhood! Today I'm featuring a small community of homes over in the Masonboro area of Wilmington called Scottsdale, which is located just off Navaho Trail at Barksdale Rd (west of Masonboro Loop Rd). I've got several friends that live in the neighborhood, and it occurred to me I had not featured it yet!

The neighborhood is districted to Parsley Elementary, Myrtle Grove Middle, and Hoggard High Schools, and as of this posting there are currently two homes for sale. Check it out!
