Hi everyone!
The other day I got a chance to take a closer look at a community out in Hampstead called Saltwater Landing (located just off Hwy 210 at Saltwater Landing Dr) thanks to the  Grand Opening & Oyster Roast event put on by Riptide Builders, Alpha Mortgage, and Keller Williams' own Stephanie Gasparovic & Associates.

The event featured delicious oysters (Atlantic Seafood!), good food (Sweet n Savory!), good music, and great gift card giveaways (I won!), and gave those in attendance a chance to tour one of the model homes and the beautiful surrounding neighborhood.

The motto for Saltwater Landing is: "Your Coastal Lifestyle. Where Upgrades are Standard", and the model we were able to see (the Willow Bend) definitely lived up to that statement. I came away very impressed with the layout of the home, and the attention to detail the builder put into its design.

With 3 and 4 bedroom homes in variety of unique floor plans available starting in the low $200k's, the neighborhood features a community pool, playground, future club house and fitness center, and day dock water access to the ICWW - all just minutes from the beaches of Topsail Island.
