Hi again everyone,
I'm back tonight with another update after visiting the Wedgewood at Lanvale neighborhood out in Leland for another one of Steven Fine Homes' Realtor Luncheons to promote the property.
Thanks to Kate Douglass and the rest of the staff out there for putting on another fun event! These Luncheons are something a lot of us Realtors look forward to every month - great food, great networking, and a great chance to get out and see some of Stevens Fine Homes best offerings.
A Little More about the Community:
The model I was able to tour was "The Lincoln" floor plan, which is about 2000 sq. feet, 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, at about $221k with upgrades (normally starting around $195k). The layout of the home makes great use of the space - making it feel much larger than it is - and built with that same attention to quality, detail, and efficiency we've come to expect from this builder.
I really enjoyed the ponds throughout the neighborhood creating a calming atmosphere from the backyards, and as I mentioned in my earlier post, other amenities include a community playground and swimming pool, giving the neighborhood a very welcoming feel. In addition to other familiar Stevens Fine Homes floor models, Kate also mentioned some new single story, all brick homes will be available soon as well - I'll be sure to post more information about those when I get it.
