Hi all,
Spent the day with clients showing properties on Topsail Island, and what a gorgeous day it was here in southeastern NC! Topping out at 75 degrees, it felt more like Spring than a January afternoon - and the beaches showed it - people were out everywhere and enjoying the unseasonably warm weather.
