Hi everyone!
On Tuesday, The Whalen Team headed out to a Realtor luncheon held by McKee Homes and H&H Homes out at The Sanctuary at Hanover Reserve here in Wilmington as a way to let us know about the great new community they're building out on the north east side of Wilmington. We were able to tour each of the models by each developer and get a good feel for the new floor plans and level of quality they're bringing to the area, as well as enjoy some good food - deliciously catered by Middle of the Island.
Starting in the $230k's, the homes presented by both of these developers showcased a very high level of quality and value. We came away very impressed with the interior flow of the homes, and loved the use of space in every model shown.
