Hi everyone!
Yesterday I held a Broker's Open House at my listing at 4913 Richardson Drive over in the King's Grant area. The event was co-sponsored by Nicole Jackson of Nationwide Insurance (https://www.facebook.com/KarenAndNicole) and David Flory of Cunningham & Company Mortgage Bankers (https://www.cunninghammortgage.com/agent-detail?agent_id=17).

The event was a great success, with lots of local brokers showing up to tour the home and provide us with some good feedback on the property (thanks everyone!). Lunch was served, consisting of lasagna and breadsticks, and Nicole provided delicious cookies and brownies for dessert.

The event wrapped up with David holding a drawing for two giveaways he provided - a $50 Gift Card to Barnes & Noble, and a $50 Gas Card to Wilco/Hess - congratulations to both winners!

Thanks again to all the brokers who showed up, and a big thank you to both Nicole and David for helping me get the event together and making it such a great success!
