Hi all!
Yesterday I was able to attend an Open House event - actually two Open Houses - in the Federal Point Yacht Club neighborhood on the canal in Carolina Beach. This is a beautiful little community with gorgeous water views and is within a short walking distance to shopping and dining in the area, which I covered in a post yesterday.
The two properties featured at this joint Open House were located at 902 Grand Bahama Drive (presented by Teresa McLamb) and 101 Hope Town Road (presented by Shawndy Linquist), and the event was co-sponsored by Kathryn Jennings of Alpha Mortgage.
