Hello everyone!
The holidays are done, and it's back to a regular schedule (well, for most of us!). We've added a few neighborhood showcase pages to the site today to get right back into things, so tonight's update will focus on those: 3 condo and townhome communities on Topsail Island.

First off, we've added a page about Villa Capriani, which is a condominium community in North Topsail Beach located just north of North Topsail Beach Park on New River Inlet Road. Good morning all!
Hope you've all had a great week. I'm going to wrap this one up with some news about a couple of new listings in a great neighborhood over in the Masonboro area of Wilmington, in the Parsley Elementary School district called Magnolia Plantation. This neighborhood consists of one road with no outlet (essentially a 3/4 mile long cul-de-sac) with very low traffic, and close enough to the water to enjoy cool breezes in the summer months.

Two homes just listed for sale within the last week - 7108 Orchard Trace and 7011 Orchard Trace. These are two great homes in a nice, friendly neighborhood in a desirable part of town and won't last long. Check 'em out!

Hi everyone,
Hope you're having a great week! Today I sent my team out to attend a Realtor luncheon event being put on by D.R. Horton at the Waterford of the Carolinas neighborhood out in Leland. All in attendance got a chance to tour some of the open models, find out more about the development, and enjoy some great food catered by Sweet & Savory.

D.R. Horton is offering some great floor plans in Waterford, with two of our favorites being the Crepe Myrtle (4 bed/3 bath) and the Rivers (4 bed/4.5 bath) - both with lovely waterway views, and the Rivers model featuring a beautiful master bedroom suite that we really enjoyed. The builder is now offering great incentives for home buyers, with pricing on at least one model reduced $30k (contact me for more details on other models), so if you've been looking to buy in this area, now is the time to get serious!

Neighborhood amenities include beautiful community waterways, community pool, clubhouse, fitness center, tennis, beach volleyball, and bocce ball courts, and children's playground - all within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and grocery shopping at Harris Teeter.  All in all a beautiful, well planned community with low HOA dues and low taxes just 10 minutes away from downtown Wilmington.
