Hi everyone,
Hope you're staying warm! We've been "snowed-in" for the last couple of days here in Wilmington. Even though it's not deep, the roads are icy (something we're not used to here in the South) so schools have been closed since Tuesday. Thankfully though, all this should be melted and gone by the weekend so we can return to normal around here.

Hi everyone!
Hope you had a great weekend. The weather has been a bit odd here in Wilmington lately. Today it was a sunny, mild day in the mid 60's, and tomorrow we're gearing up for  - get this - a SNOW STORM!  They're predicting anywhere between a possible 3 to 6 inches on the ground (as of earlier tonight), so it's going to be pretty significant. We don't see those here very often, so don't be scared off if you're moving here to Wilmington to escape the white stuff. I'll be sure to post photos when it starts coming down, so stay tuned!

Hi everyone,
Yesterday, I got a chance to go over and take a closer look at the luxury  condo I featured in an earlier post over at 17 E Columbia St (unit A) in Wrightsville Beach, so I'm back today with an update on the property.

The one feature about this great property that struck me right away was its perfect location. Not only is this condo right on the beach (with public access 26 just steps from your front door),  but it's also located just a block away from of all of the best restaurants, shops, and watering holes in Wrightsville Beach - including the local grocery!
