One more quick update for tonight - I've added a page featuring homes for sale on Friendly Ln. which is located just off Masonboro Loop Road (in the Masonboro area) on the southeast side of Wilmington.

I'm featuring this street because of a great mini-development coming online here called Friendly Oaks, being built by award winning builder Sanco Homes (more about that in a future post!). Homes on this street are less than a mile from the public boat ramp at Trails End Park, and being just outside city limits enjoy NO city taxes, yet are still close to shopping and the beach.
