Yesterday (3/20/14) we held a Brokers Open House for my listing in the Sea Colony condominium community of Carolina Beach at 1311 S Lake Park Blvd Unit 16B. We had a good turnout, and got lots of good feedback from the brokers who were in attendance! The event was deliciously catered by Personal Chef Jessica Maurer, who served up gourmet build-it-yourself sandwiches for the hungry lunchtime crowd.

Cold! Wet! That was the weather at the latest Welcome Wednesday broker luncheon event held by D.R. Horton today at The Reserve at West Bay. But that didn't cool the warmth or dampen the spirits of Lori Markham and the rest of the D.R. Horton team from putting on a great event and letting us know about the exciting developments taking place all around them!
